Zoe is a registered nurse who started working in Care Homes at the age of 13. It was here her love for the older generation began. Zoe’s career started in the NHS where she quickly worked her way to being a surgical ward sister, matron for general medicine and then developed her business skills as a General Manger in the NHS. In 2008 Zoe purchased a nursing home and transformed it into an Outstanding Home with her team, celebrating Outstanding ratings from the CQC in 2014 and then again in 2017. Zoe feels privileged to work in Social Care
