Wes’s finance career spans 16 years, 10 of which were dedicated to healthcare and property financing. He launched a sector-specific debt advisory service as part of the Botham accounting team. Wes has experience of working with funders from across the capital spectrum and his specialities are: healthcare and property finance, commercial banking for founder managed businesses, financing packages of £1 million to £50 million, buy and build and fast growth SMEs, and strategic debt advice. He works closely with the accounts team and his origination, structuring and execution experience combines with the accounts team’s financial modelling and due diligence services. He can provide a strategic review of clients’ current arrangements to provide the business with a detailed financing road map. By analysing this he gains a better understanding of the overall financial health and risk profile and makes recommendations tailored to business plans. He can help with anything funding related.
