Stelios Theodosiou is a Managing Director of H.I.G. Real Estate based in London. He has more than 20 years of real estate principal investment experience, employing both equity and credit opportunistic strategies across a broad spectrum of real estate asset classes across Europe.

Prior to H.I.G., Stelios was a Director with Deutsche Bank’s European credit structuring & trading teams and a senior originator in the real estate direct lending business with a focus on special situations. Prior to that, he was a member of Deutsche Bank’s alternative and real assets opportunistic investment team based in London.
