CHD Living is a family-owned and operated group of care services. Shaleeza began her career in business-to-business and tech PR and has more than a decade of care industry experience. She is the founder and chief executive of the Adopt a Grandparent charity, which addresses loneliness among elderly care home residents. In 2021 Shaleeza joined the board of Spectrum Care, a purchasing network that brings together care home operators to share buying power. In September this year, Shaleeza led a strategic partnership with Spectrum Care and the Caring Times Owners Club, to offer free events to help operators in the care sector to learn, network and support one another. Shaleeza is also part of the Social Care Sustainability Alliance, which helps social care providers in their approach to environmental, social, and corporate governance. Shaleeza also regularly provides commentary on national and international news outlets.
