Sam is a Senior Director and the UK Healthcare Valuation and Advisory Lead at CBRE. He has been working in the healthcare markets for nearly 20 years and over this time has become a trusted advisor to some of the leading operators, largest healthcare REITs and major funding parties in the healthcare markets.
Sam is also part of CBRE’s Global Healthcare Advisory Team, an examiner for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was formerly a regular columnist for Caring Times, in which he commented on the trends of the healthcare market.
