Rupert supports management teams pre- and post-deal to elevate their future business plans through impact investing. He builds an in-depth knowledge of the businesses he works with and develops strong working relationships with the management teams throughout the investment process. He has experience across a range of sectors with a particular interest in healthcare and life sciences businesses. Rupert joined Palatine in January 2016 from NBGI Private Equity where he spent more than four years working on a number of platforms and add-on acquisitions while holding several board positions. He started his career at PwC where he worked on a variety of private equity transactions and financial restructurings. He is a qualified chartered accountant with a degree in politics from Edinburgh University and is also a governor at his daughter’s school.
