Raj Sehgal is the founding Director of ArmsCare which is a small family run group of Care Homes based in the suburbs of Kings Lynn. Operating for 20 years, Raj has gained much experience in the sector, which has also seen him take up a position as a board member of the National Care Association. Over the past decade Raj has campaigned hard to see the introduction of an ethical international recruitment process, as a strategic part of our national workforce development.
