Nicholas leads the UK and Irish investment team at Kartesia, investing across the Credit Opportunities, Senior and Impact strategies, and sits on Investment Committee. He has over 19 years of experience in leveraged finance.

Prior to joining Kartesia in February 2020, he was Director, Structured Finance at Santander Bank where he was responsible for leading transactions and helping to develop the UK franchise. Prior to this, he was Associate Director, Acquisition Finance at Lloyds Banking Group where he completed a broad range of European leveraged and high yield transactions for large and mid-market Financial Sponsors and Senior Analyst at Bank of Scotland where Nicholas started his career.
