Nick is a Director in Grant Thornton’s Healthcare Corporate Finance team, based in London. Having been at the firm for over 12 years, he is a chartered accountant by background and provides M&A and strategic advice to the mid-market. He has significant experience working on both the sell side and buy side of transactions, working with a variety of clients including owner managed businesses, private equity houses and large corporates in the healthcare sector. In 2021 Nick completed his MBA at Cranfield University, and he has been a Trustee on the board of the Wave Trust, a charity working to tackle child abuse and neglect in the UK, for over 8 years.
