Murray has been chief executive of eConsult since 2015. Prior to that, he was a GP partner in the Hurley Group, one of the first NHS GP ‘super-partnerships’. He was chief operating officer and a member of the management team at Hurley that led its growth from one practice and 30 employees up to 15 practices and five urgent care centres, with more than 300 employees. Murray has been a doctor for 21 years and continues to practise part-time as a GP in Southeast London.
