Mohi provides business transformation support to clients who are looking to change how they operate. For over 25 years he has been helping not for profit, private equity, mid-market businesses and corporate clients to address their challenges of growth, international expansion, cost pressures, disruption, and achieving M&A success. 

Mohi works with his clients to co-create and build new ways of working, enhancing organisation and governance and technology to support new or changing business models. He supports organisations in building consensus around the need for action and simplifying complex situations into manageable pieces. He does this by making change programmes practical and digestible and delivering them in a pragmatic way that enables teams to achieve sustainable outcomes.  

His sector experience includes but is not limited to healthcare and life sciences. Prior to joining RSM, Mohi was a partner at PA, EY and PwC, where he built and led sector focused business transformation consulting teams. At EY & PwC, he was instrumental in building cross line of service offerings, bringing together business consulting, tax, legal and risk into one integrated client solution.
