Mark is a finance professional who has led teams at advisory firms including Mazars and FTI Consulting, having also previously worked with BDO and Deloitte. In 2013 Mark founded an advisory business which focuses on corporate finance and investment opportunities in the UK and Ireland. Mark is an associate non-executive member of the Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board and is chair of the North West Surrey Health and Care alliance and chair of the system primary care commissioning committee. He is also chair of the appointments advisory committee with the Cambridge University NHS Hospitals Trust. Mark is a non-executive director of The Confederation Hillingdon CIC, a confederation of 43 NHS GP practices in Northwest London. Mark was previously a lay inspector with the Royal College of Physicians joint advisory group. He is also a former HM Treasury expert committee member for R&D tax and patent box legislation.
