Lee has worked in social care for six years. He joined Caring Times as editor-in-chief in August. He was previously editor of Care Home Professional, which under his leadership became one of social care’s leading publications. Lee has represented the sector on national media networks and was awarded for his coverage of the impact of Covid-19 in care homes during the pandemic.
