Kathryn is a Director in CBRE’s Healthcare Investment Properties team and leads the Operational Real Estate team in Scotland. Kathryn has over twelve years of property sector experience and has been working in the healthcare sector for almost 8 years. Kathryn handles land sales, development funding, investment advisory, acquisitions and disposals within the healthcare sector. Kathryn also has extensive experience in the valuation of healthcare assets and has advised a number of lenders, investors, developers and operators.

Kathryn is an active supporter of DE&I matters within the real estate industry and leads CBRE’s Career Ready scheme in Scotland, a social mobility programme for young people. She is also a member and examiner for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer. Kathryn also sits on the board of the Investment Property Forum in Scotland.
