Karl Redmond works for NHS England as an estates delivery lead and is currently on secondment to the transformation team within the New Hospital Programme working on digital estates and smart buildings.

He has delivered international healthcare and real estate ecosystem conference talks in Dubai, Lisbon, Hamburg, Stockholm, Dublin, and across the UK, in addition to publishing a number of academic papers and articles regarding negotiation and influencing; real estate strategies; digital asset management; smart buildings and sustainability; healthcare estates and patient flows; digital innovation and transformation strategies.
