Kamil is a member of Kartesia’s investment team in London, sourcing, executing and monitoring investments across Europe, with a primary focus of leading the impact strategy within the UK. Kamil previously had more than 10 years’ experience in banking and was a junior director in Santander’s structured finance team where he executed leveraged transactions for UK lower and mid-market financial sponsors. Before that, Kamil worked in Natwest’s credit risk departments, focused primarily on underwriting leveraged transactions for large and mid-market financial sponsors in the UK. He graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in economics.
