Health Care First is a general practice catering to more than 32,000 patients across seven sites. Jyoti is an ex Big Four experienced leader with over 18 years’ experience in motivating teams to design, deliver and run complex programmes of work. In addition, she has advised numerous mid to large cap private equity businesses on healthcare investment and has historically established health and wellness start-ups. She is a voluntary board advisor for multiple SMEs looking to scale and a non-executive director of an NHS trust. She is currently training to be a leadership coach.
