Julia has worked within health and social care for more than 10 years and joined HC-One in 2021. She previously worked within the NHS as part of clinical commissioning groups and NHS England across contracting, procurement and commissioning functions. While Julia has worked within a range of services, she has gravitated back to adult social care and is an advocate of parity for health and social care.
