Joe has been passionate about health and social care since first working in the sector 15 years ago. Joe is a strategy and turnaround professional by background, is a chartered accountant, and has extensive experience working with health and social care providers and their stakeholders.

As CEO of Four Seasons Health Care Group, Joe leads on the design and execution of the group’s strategy and is proud to lead a fantastic team, from the leadership team to the central and support colleagues, and everyone in the care homes providing excellent care. He has focused particularly on the care quality, operational and financial turnaround of the group since he took over as CEO in March 2022.

In addition, he has led the successful sale of many of the group’s care homes to be more focused on a smaller core portfolio of care homes across Scotland, Jersey and England, operating both under the Four Seasons Health Care and brighterkind brands. His ambition is to lead Four Seasons Health Care Group from Good to Great, enabling every care home in the group to be the home of choice in their local communities.
