Joe joined the Knight Frank healthcare team in 2018 after playing professional rugby for seven years and graduated with an MSc in Real Estate alongside his rugby career. Since joining, he has led and advised on a number of high-profile mandates within the healthcare real estate market.
Joe has advised on the sale of an elderly care home portfolio in the West Midlands comprising six assets, a portfolio of mental health hospitals and on the sale and leaseback of three care homes in the Midlands, acting for a major national operator.
Most recently, he acted on the disposal of a care home in Weybridge let to Care UK and the sale of Hartford Care, comprising a portfolio of 20 care homes.
