Jodie has nearly 20 years’ experience as a specialist employment lawyer. She advises and represents clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious issues and specialises in high-value or complex discrimination claims, including those leading to the High Court for injunctive relief. Jodie acts primarily for healthcare employers on various employment issues, including the NHS, as well as independent health and social care organisations. She also has considerable experience advising employer organisations in a range of other industry sectors including financial services, hospitality and manufacturing. She frequently provides strategic advice, such as at an early stage of dismissal of senior executives, in relation to complex grievance and disciplinary matters, and workforce queries arising from regulatory issues.
