Jay is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder, who has extensive property, finance and tech experience. He started his career in M&A and investment banking at Goldman Sachs and then worked within private equity real estate and property development. Along with Palvi Dodhia, Serene’s co-founder and chief operating officer, he has built Serene Care into a boutique care home owner-operator that specialises in caring for elderly residents who may have dementia.
