Speakers

James is responsible for ARCO’s policy, public affairs, PR, media and research activities. He previously worked as head of policy for a national exam board and has worked for various think tanks. He has experience advising on social care policy at the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit, as well as acting as an independent advisor to the Opposition on cross-party social care talks.
