Jack has worked in his current post since January 2020. He joined the NHS graduate management training scheme in 2011 and during his career has managed medicine and emergency care services in hospitals, worked with the Department of Health on national strategy, and has been a commissioning managing director. The North West Surrey Health & Care Alliance is a partnership of healthcare providers across primary care, community services, mental health, hospice care and hospital services, alongside five local government authorities. The Alliance implements significant and large-scale transformation using collective resources to deliver improvement for local people. Jack is an executive for Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board, as the place leader for Northwest Surrey, and works across complex collaborations to deliver results, driving new forms of partnership across sectors.
