Helen Brown is HR Manager of New Care based in the North West. Celebrating 35 years in HR this year, Helen has a background working in a variety of sectors in health & social care, the public sector and charities. She introduced a variety of wellbeing initiatives during Covid which have continued to grow and embed since, along with strong vision and values aligned to company strengths and priorities.
