Guy’s role is to deliver development projects, with a particular emphasis on strategic sites. His background as a chartered town planner gives him valuable insight into planning requirements for different land uses, helping him to find pro-active ways to unlock schemes and ensure best value for clients while also meeting clinical, operational, and strategic objectives.

Guy recently led on the masterplanning of Dorset County Hospital, which included the development of the award-winning multi-storey car park at Dorchester County Hospital, freeing up space for the new Emergency Department, part of the New Hospital Programme.

With a strong background in general consultancy, Guy has experience in a wide variety of sectors including residential and commercial. He has specialised in health and care development across the acute, primary care, and elderly care sectors.
