Emma has specialised in the healthcare sector for more than 17 years. She has particular responsibility for providing valuation advisory and consultancy services to a variety of investor, operator and lender clients in relation to a full spectrum of healthcare assets including care homes, specialist care, GP practices, private hospitals and retirement living. Emma is also a non-executive director at Somerset Care and an associate non-executive director at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston Trust.
