Dasos has over 27 years’ experience in corporate and commercial banking, 18 of these dedicated to the healthcare sector. During his professional career, Dasos has held various senior roles at Santander and Allied Irish Bank. In 2007 he helped Santander establish a new healthcare team that created a specialist healthcare lending portfolio of over £3 billion serving 800+ operators. In 2018, Dasos took on a leadership role at Shawbrook where he has grown the specialist team and launched the healthcare proposition to include a broader range of facilities, all with an underlying focus on resident and patient outcomes.
