Bryn helps bring innovations in healthcare to market and is focused on improving access and quality to optimal patient care. His experience covers everything from helping digital health technology start-ups attract funding to scale their operations, to leading a corporate entrepreneurship and R&D project for a blue chip manufacturer. Bryn also brings knowledge of the surgical device sector to his current role, having spent thousands of hours in operating rooms in his various roles observing the individual and system-wide challenges that care teams face. He also has a deep-seated interest in how surgical services can be improved for patients and professionals, with technology central to his thinking. Bryn runs his own digital healthtech consultancy business and has contributed to courses at Harvard, London and IMD Business Schools, focusing on the commercialisation of technologies to solve challenges in surgery globally.
