Beth is a partner in the Clarke Willmott corporate team and is a banking and finance lawyer, advising on all elements of corporate and commercial funding matters, encompassing facility, security and intercreditor documents and specialising in healthcare financing, including development funding. She advises on a variety of corporate financing and non-vanilla lending arrangements and her clients are bank and challenger lenders and borrowers across the care sector, as well as various other sectors. She is fluent in both English and Welsh and can advise clients in either language, as preferred.
