Ben Maruthappu
In less than five years Ben has grown Cera to revenue of more than £200 million, delivering over 50,000 care visits a day. Ben formerly advised the chief executive of NHS England on technology, co-founding the NHS Innovation Accelerator. Ben has an interest in research with more than 100 peer-reviewed publications. He sits on the board of North West London NHS Integrated Care System, covering a population of 2.4 million. Ben is a senior advisor to Bain & Company, and has advised a range of organisations, from start-ups to multilaterals, including the Swiss government, The Daily Telegraph and the World Health Organization. He is chairman of the UK Medical Students’ Association and has authored three medical books. Ben was educated at Oxford, Cambridge and Harvard universities.
