Andrea is an experienced and driven Chief Executive with a strong track record in leading business growth and transforming operational performance within the healthcare sector.  

Andrea has spent the last decade working in health and social care, having previously occupied roles at Independence Homes Ltd, where she was a Managing Director, and Active Care Group as CEO. More recently Andrea has held the position of Co-Founder and CEO at Innovate Care Group, a complex care services provider.
