Alison is a specialist infrastructure projects lawyer with over 20 years experience advising on PFI/PPP projects with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. She advises both public sector organisations and private sector operators, including a large number of NHS trusts. 

Her experience on major NHS infrastructure projects includes advising on a broad range of issues on operational hospital PFI projects (from complex variations, performance and payment mechanism issues, disputes through to expiry and handback), public and private partnerships, collaborations, and projects being delivered under the New Hospital Programme.
