A proven M&A specialist, Abdul has led six acquisitions in the specialist care and mental health sectors, integrating 51 care homes and delivering significant revenue and EBITDA growth. He has recently led the successful implementation of an ERP system, including a Healthcare Information System (HIS), automating the entire patient journey from admission to discharge and fully integrated finance with clinical operations.
